Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. Typically, a root canal treatment can be done the same day as the consultation. A complex treatment plan may require additional appointments.During your initial consultation, a diagnostic x-ray is taken, and the doctor will examine and test the teeth in question, including the surrounding tissue.
Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your initial consultation:
- Your treatment referral and any X-rays, if applicable
- A list of medications you are presently taking
- Any information and necessary forms required by your insurance
- A completed New Patient form
