Dr Chrstensen and his team are top notch! I had been in pain for days thinking it was my tooth and it needed a root canal and crown. Realizing I didn’t need a root canal, he throughly investigated my tooth and gum issue performing some cleanup on it and referred me back to my dentist with some recommendations. He was concerned regarding the pain I had and followed up via phone several times after my initial visit. I had a final follow up this past week. Root canals are no fun but Dr. Christiansen took great care in making sure there was no pain, went straight to the problem and before I realized it the root canal was done. And he checks up on you with in a day to make sure your ok after the procedure. The Endodontics doctor at this practice is excellent, caring, professional, quick and knows what he is doing!! They were able to schedule me right away, they were clear and honest about the costs I would be paying, and every one of them really truly cared that I was in pain. They squeezed me in and made me feel comfortable about having my first route canal. Dr. Christensen explained what was wrong and was clear about the procedure; he even made me laugh quite a bit which helped calm me down! John Costigan25 March 2026Dr Kenneally did a molar root canal. The novacain worked well. He was so "smooth" about his work I fell asleep while he was drilling. The evaluation and repair work took about 2hrs and I was able to eat after the novacain wore off. He called a couple days later to see how I was doing. Rick Blotter17 March 2026I had heard horror stories about root canal surgery. My experience was exactly opposite. Dr. Holtzmann recognized my anxiety and treated me with TLC. He and his staff are compassionate and professional. They thoroughly explained the procedure and kept me informed. It took about an hour. I felt no pain and still, a day after, have none. I came in with a pretty severe infection in a tooth that had an old root canal, caused by an untreated sinus infection, so I was definitely nervous. Dr. Christensen explained that we would need to treat it in two steps—starting the procedure first and completing the second step about a month later. Dr. Christensen and his assistant Kayla were absolutely amazing. They were both professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Dr. Christensen took the time to explain everything clearly and made what could have been a stressful procedure feel easy and smooth. Kayla was also incredibly friendly and attentive, which really helped put me at ease. After going to the ER, ENT, PCP, dentist, and endodontist all within about 48 hours, I arrived here completely exhausted, overwhelmed, and honestly in tears. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel safe and cared for. The front desk staff — especially the woman with the beautiful purple hair — was incredibly kind and grounding. I wish I remembered her name because she truly made me feel at home during a moment when I felt defeated and scared. Her warmth alone is the reason I will continue coming to this location, even though there’s one closer to my home. The doctor was equally amazing — so friendly, compassionate, and skilled. They took the time to explain everything, acted quickly to help me, and handled what turned out to be a very intense infection with such confidence and care. I immediately felt I was in the best hands. This team didn’t just treat a medical issue — they took away an enormous amount of stress during one of the hardest weeks I’ve had medically. I’ve never had a root canal, but always heard the horror stories related to them. The dentist that I saw in Parker, highly recommended EOC for this procedure. It went so smoothly, and, after the Novocain wore off, I experienced zero pain! Zero! I want to thank the staff at EOC that personally assisted me during this unexpected event: Jody and Dana for all their help handling my out of state insurance issues; China for her kindness, compassion and professionalism while assisting Dr. Christianson; and to Dr. Christianson, “call me Shane”, for completely arresting my fear of a root canal because of his gentle finesse and expertise in his craft! I was feeling queasy/cold & the receptionist was so kind to check on me & encourage me to lie down. Dr Christianson also came out to check on me in reception. Clare Kiesel1 October 2024I have a lot of anxiety around dental work, so I wasn't exactly thrilled when I found out I needed a root canal. Dr. Christensen and Adrian made the experience pleasant and pain free! When I came into the office they immediately put my mind at ease so I was no longer worried about the procedure, they explained everything clearly. While waiting to start Adrian sat with me and kept me company which was nice because it didn't like for any time for my mind to wander. It was less stressful and uncomfortable than the fillings I have had at my previous dentist, and I had immediate relief from the discomfort I had been experiencing prior to the root canal. Dr. Christensen personally called me the following day to see how I was doing after the procedure. I had two teeth that were 8n need of care. The pain was getting worse, and I knew there was some infection. What few people were left at the office were kind, and Dr. Zaheer was incredible. The entire staff at his office made me feel cared for and were so sweet! This practice is nothing like any other practices I have been to, they take their time and evaluate treatment and will tell you if you honestly need treatment or not. Dr. Christensen walked in and talked me through the whole process and the same day even took the time out of his evening to give me a call and ask how I was feeling. Christine Bergman4 March 2020I was referred to Dr. Holtzmann (by Harman Family Dental) for a root canal-- I was pretty nervous about it as I'd never had a root canal and heard a dozen horror stories about how awful they are. He initially did some tests, but because we weren't 100% sure which tooth was causing my pain- he wisely had me wait until the pain subsided so he could retest, to be sure he was addressing the correct tooth (explaining "2 root canals are not better than one" :) The root canal procedure itself was mildly uncomfortable but not painful, it took about 45 minutes and he explained all the steps as he went long. He and his staff worked very well as a team which made me feel confident and safe throughout the procedure. I was good as new a few days later! Excellent Doctor and staff.
